If you decide to pay by credit card, you will also be asked to provide your credit card details. However, this information is sent directly to our payment partner Stripe (www.stripe.com) via an encrypted line.
Data use and disclosure
We use the collected customer data only for successful order processing, in compliance with legal requirements. Data will only be passed on to other companies, such as Gebrüder Weiss Paketdienst (DPD), if this is necessary for the fulfillment of the contract. However, these companies undertake to use your personal data only for order processing and may not use them for other purposes. In addition, they are obligated to us to comply with the statutory provisions regarding data protection. If the case of a legal provision, official order or an official investigation, we are legally obliged to disclose personal data to the competent authority.
Storage of the contract text
After a successful order in our online store, we store the contract text and at the same time you will receive an order confirmation by email.

Revocation of consent or raising an objection will result in us deleting your customer account. However, the revocation of consent does not affect the lawfulness of the data processing carried out up to that point.
